Last Candle Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and operates mobile applications. This Privacy Policy covers all applications we publish, including Last Candle Tours and TargetAce. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide each app’s features. We do not sell your data, display advertisements, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information We Collect
Location Data
Last Candle Tours requests access to your device’s GPS location to power two features: proximity alerts (notifying you when you’re near a haunted location) and automatic map positioning. Location is processed on-device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Background location is only used if you explicitly enable proximity alerts in Settings. You can use the app — including all audio content — without granting location permissions.
Purchase Data
When you purchase a story pack, the transaction is processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We use RevenueCat to verify your purchase entitlement and unlock the relevant content. RevenueCat receives a transaction identifier and your platform account ID. No payment card details are visible to us or to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
Audio Delivery
Free story audio is bundled within the app and plays without a network connection. Purchased story audio is streamed on demand via Supabase secure storage using short-lived signed URLs. No personally identifiable information is transmitted as part of audio requests.
Last Candle Tours does not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or any device hardware identifiers. We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics trackers.

Your Choices
- Location:Â Revoke at any time in your device Settings. All audio content remains accessible.
- Purchases:Â Tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings to recover entitlements on a new device. Use “Manage Subscription” to contact support or request a refund through RevenueCat’s Customer Center.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Archer Profile:Â Your chosen display name and optional email address.
- Scoring Data:Â Arrow scores, round results, session history, and performance statistics you enter manually.
- Equipment Data:Â Bow details, sight marks, and equipment configurations you choose to record.
- Club Membership:Â When you join a club ecosystem, your display name and Archer ID are shared with that club’s server to enable club features.
Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data:Â GPS coordinates are used only when you actively enable location features (shooting location or weather). Location is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Archer ID:Â A locally generated identifier (e.g. TA-XXXXXXXX) created on first use. Not linked to device hardware or advertising identifiers.
TargetAce does not collect device hardware identifiers, advertising IDs, contacts, photos, or files. We do not use analytics or crash reporting SDKs that transmit data to third parties. We do not display advertisements.
How We Use Your Information
- Core functionality: Scoring, performance tracking, equipment management, analytics, and badges — all stored locally on your device.
- Club features:Â Your archer name and scores may be shared with your club’s WordPress server for leaderboards, competitions, and challenge ladders.
- PvP Matches:Â During live matches, your display name and match scores are temporarily stored in Firebase Realtime Database. This data is removed after match completion.
- Weather:Â Your GPS coordinates (when location is enabled) are sent to Open-Meteo to display current conditions. Open-Meteo does not track users.
Third-Party Services

Data Storage & Retention
- Local data — retained until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
- Firebase match data — temporary; removed after match completion.
- Club ecosystem data — retained by the club server. Contact your club administrator for removal requests.
Your Choices
- Export:Â Export all scoring data as CSV from the Profile screen at any time.
- Deletion:Â Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
- Location:Â Revoke at any time in device Settings. The app functions fully without location access.
- Club Ecosystems:Â Disconnect from any club at any time from the Manage Ecosystems screen.
Children’s Privacy
Neither Last Candle Tours nor TargetAce is directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Data Transfers
If you use features that transmit data to third-party services (such as Firebase, RevenueCat, or a club ecosystem server), that data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using those features you consent to such transfers. All third-party services listed in this policy have their own privacy programmes and security measures.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through an in-app notice or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
