Restoring purchases
Packs and bundles are one-off purchases tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to an account with us. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.
Listening offline
Tap the download icon next to a story, or download a whole pack, before you set off. Downloaded stories play with no signal and use no data. You can see and remove downloads under Settings → Library & Downloads.
Location
Location is optional. The app uses it only while it is open, to show stories near you and your position on the map; it is not stored or shared. Every story can be played from the list wherever you are.
A story will not play
- Check you have a connection, or download the story first.
- If the story is part of a pack you bought, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
- Still stuck? Email us with the story name and we will sort it out.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone and iPad, or your Google Play order history for Android.
Your data
Last Candle Tours has no user accounts. What little data it handles is described in our Privacy Policy. To ask us to delete anything you have sent us, such as a location suggestion, email info@lastcandlestudios.com.
